Travel Step Down RN – Days | Warwick, RI Seeking an experienced Step Down RN with a strong ICU background for an exciting travel nursing opportunity in Warwick, Rhode Island. Assignment Details

3x12 Days | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Specialty: Step Down / Progressive Care Charting: Epic Local Candidates: Accepted at a reduced rate Requirements Active Rhode Island RN license or authorization to practice in Rhode Island Previous ICU experience REQUIRED Epic EMR experience REQUIRED Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Experience managing high-acuity patients Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Experience Step Down or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience Continuous cardiac monitoring Complex patient care management Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to Step Down patients Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and responses to treatment Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions Administer medications and treatments Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation using Epic Ensure patient safety and quality care Candidates must have both ICU and Epic experience to be considered.
