✓Both must be clearly listed on the resume
✓Must be willing to float between L&D and Perinatal
✓Must be comfortable providing neonatal care, including:
✓Neonatal sepsis workups
✓Neonatal IV antibiotics
✓Neonatal medications
✓Unit Information
✓17 L&D beds
✓Tubs available
✓Typical ratios: 1:1 to 1:2
✓Average ratio: 1:3
✓May increase to 1:4 depending on acuity
✓Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
✓RTO must be submitted at the time of submission
✓Maximum 4 days of RTO
✓Candidates requesting more than 4 days of RTO will be rejected
✓No RTO during the first 2 weeks of the assignment
✓No block scheduling requests
✓Interview is required

Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN): Job Id- 2985 Facility: Akron Campus Location: 141 N. Forge St., Akron, OH 44304 Contract: October 4, 2026 – December 26, 2026 Duration: 12 weeks

Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Interview: Required Position Overview: Akron Campus is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 12-week night-shift assignment. The facility has a 17-bed Labor & Delivery unit with tubs and 10 perinatal beds . Travelers will float between L&D and Perinatal based on unit needs.

The facility performs approximately 5,100 deliveries annually , with frequent delivery volume. Required

2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience Graduate of an accredited nursing program through ACEN or CCNE Active RN license BLS – Required ACLS – Required NRP – Required EFM – Required PALS – Required STABLE – Preferred Epic experience within the last 12 months – Required Phlebotomy experience within the last 12 months – Required Both must be clearly listed on the resume.
