The Surgical RN provides professional nursing care to patients with varying acuities across the age spectrum. Responsibilities include evaluating the nursing process, documenting findings in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and collaborating with ancillary staff. This role involves effective communication with providers and co-workers regarding patient conditions.
