Number of Beds - 16 Operating rooms
Number of Staff - we staff one team of RN, SA, surgical tech per OR room running on day shift and taper on evenings. Call on weekends and nights
Type of staff: o Day Shift - day shift (16 RNs, 16 SAs, and 16 surgical techs) evening shift (tapered to 4 teams from 3-5, 2 teams from 5-7 and 1 team from 7-11p. Call starts for additional 2 teams at 3pm. o Night Shift - call only
Patient Ratios - 1-1
Type of equipment - OR equipment. Robotics, neurosurgery, general, plastics, urology, ortho etc.
EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. MUST HAVE Robotic experience
