2 weekends of call per 4-week schedule Unit highlights: 1. Unit is very flexible with time-off requests and scheduling. Management does above and beyond to accommodate 2. Phenomenal call program - 2
4 weeknight call shifts per schedule (4 weeks) and 1
2 weekends per schedule (4 weeks). What makes our call a little different compared to different organizations is that no call shift is ever longer than 12-hours. Weekend call is either Friday and Saturday night only OR Saturday and Sunday during the day only. Staff seem to really like that because it doesn’t take away your entire weekend when on call. 3. Feedback from previous travelers: Management is great and overall team dynamic and work environment is very positive compared to other CVORs.
