Number of Beds - 2 heart rooms with a 3rd possible
Number of Staff - 4 RN, 3 CST
Type of staff:
Day Shift - 1 CVOR RN and 1 CVOR CST
Night shift - No night shift, on call only
Patient Ratios - 1:1

EMR - Meditech / CPN Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 6 months current CVOR Tech hospital experience
BLS
NBSTA Certification
Must have current active KS licensure
Must be Vascular trained Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
ACLS
Open Heart and Cardiovascular experience
Prior Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
CABG and AVR
MVR and TAVR Best personality Fit:

On call is required - 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment : ECMO program restarting
