- Number of Beds - 11 ORs
- Shift for this position - Three twelve-hour shifts
- Call Expectation - Based on the number of employees taking call, averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift (Average for 8 week sign up period)
- Number of Staff - Varies depending on day
- Type of staff: o Day Shift - Average of 8 RNs, 8 Scrub techs and 5 Surgical support techs o Night Shift - One charge RN and one scrub tech in house with call team backup
- Patient Ratios - 1:1
- Type of equipment - Variety of OR beds and equipment
- EMR - Epic Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Scrub tech needs are total joints, neuro and Xi Robots Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Patient advocate Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
