5Looking for someone with previous healthcare/OR scheduling experience, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting.Will be primarily responsible for coordinating and scheduling transplant related surgeries for all 7 surgeons. Communicating with patients and clinical teams, managing scheduling requests, and ensuring appointments are scheduled accurately and in a timely manner.Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team are important for this role.Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered (and be in good standing)Parking may cost up to /day - please plan to utilize public transportation or reach out for additional details on parking.
