Location: Children's Hospital Colorado – Colorado Springs Hospital Position Title: Surgical Tech Length of Assignment: 16 Weeks Assignment Dates: 9/22/26-01/16/27

10H Days, 6:45AM-5:15PM 50-mile Radius Rule: Applies Travel Bill : /hr Local Bill : /hr Float Requirement: None Weekend Requirement: None On-Call Requirement: Up to 4 call shifts in a calendar month Travel

REQUIRED FLOAT: Client reserves the right to float or reassign Personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such Personnel’s individual assignment confirmation). Required

Must have 2 years of pediatric surgical tech experience Required Specialties: General, Urology, Ortho, ENT, Spine, Neuro, Endoscopy Required Certification: CST, DORA (Colorado)

Level 1 or 2 trauma experience RTO Policy: No RTO allowed during first 2 weeks Flu Vaccine Exemptions: Medical/religious allowed
