As for productivity, the requirement is to complete 800 instruments per shift. If someone has a tray of 100 instruments, they are credits for more than one tray. The 25-tray productivity goal is really based on the number of instruments.

For example, if someone does 25 small trays, they may not meet the 800-instrument goal therefore would not be considered to have met their goal for the shift. It sounds like there is a mixture of small and large trays that need to be completed to make your productivity goal. First week Orientation will be 07-1530
