SPT : Required: HSPA cert required to be held for at least 2 years. License Covid Vaccine and Flu required 2 years of current experience in specialty BLS ***2 references: 1 w/in a year and 1w/in 6 months of work history** ***RTO RULES: I receive an update on GBMC’s RTO allowance. To align with what the staff nurses are able take off, agency nurses may take 3 working days off.

This can come in the form of a block of 7 days (1 work week= 3 days) or if they’re choosing to take individual dates off, they are limited to 3 requested dates.
