Surgical Technologist

Shift: Days Job Type: Full Time Hours: 8, 10, or 12-hour day shifts with 6:00/6:30 AM starts · Schedule: No weekends. 7 paid holidays. No on-call.

Certifications Required: BLS (AHA/ARC). NBSTSA or NCCT certification preferred.

Orthopedic experience (Zimmer/Arthrex) and multi-specialty OR experience preferred. Unit Overview: 6-suite operating room, multi-specialty with a heavy orthopedic caseload (approximately 20 surgeries per day), staffed with an RN and Surg Tech per OR. Physician-owned surgical hospital serving adult and pediatric patients.

Dress Code: Facility-provided scrubs. No artificial nails or hand/arm jewelry. Pay Rate note: $28.28–$48.38/hr, based on experience.
