BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; unexpired driver's license; ability to read and interpret monitor strips; ability to titrate Cardizem, Nitro, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Heparin drips
Provide nursing care for stepdown patients with heavy cardiac needs, dysrhythmias, CVAs, and patients downgraded from the ICU. Monitor and interpret patient cardiac rhythms. Titrate approved drips, including Cardizem, Nitro, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Heparin.
Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and other members of the care team. Support patient care across the stepdown unit and ICU as assigned. Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
