We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Document patient information and monitor progress in electronic health records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Required Experience Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting. Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in the state of practice.
BLS certification required. ```
