Registered Nurse, Telemetry. This position provides nursing care to medical-surgical patients in an acute care setting during night shifts. Responsibilities include patient assessment, telemetry monitoring, medication management, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
Job Details Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); registered nursing licensure; minimum of 2 years of experience.
Night shifts consisting of 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 48 hours per week. Additional Information: The position supports medical-surgical patients with an approximate nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1. Responsibilities may include titration of heparin infusions, troubleshooting continuous positive airway pressure and high-flow equipment, participation in weekend and holiday coverage, and floating between units based on operational needs.
Navy scrubs are required, and one to two department-specific orientation shifts are provided.
