Schedule 36 hours per week Night Shift (12-hour shifts) Every other weekend required Every other holiday required Local Candidate Policy Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be paid at the local rate . Required Candidate Questions The following must be answered at the time of submission: Candidate is able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips. Candidate has successfully completed and passed an EKG/Telemetry course.
Experience Requirements Required Experience Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience Strong IV therapy skills Telemetry experience Phlebotomy experience Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient populations Must be able to pass a telemetry exam on Day 1 with a score of 85% or higher Preferred Experience 3-5 years of nursing experience EPIC EMR experience Preceptor experience Required Certifications & Licensure Active Massachusetts RN License BLS Certification Time-Off Policy All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed prior to offer acceptance.
Testing Requirements Prophecy Assessment Most units require a Prophecy exam after the interview and before a final offer is extended. Candidates are allowed two attempts to pass. Telemetry Exam Required on Day 1.
Minimum passing score: 85% .
