Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a qualified Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and other complex assessments. Shift Details Day
4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Block Schedules: Not available Responsibilities Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and telemetry readings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
Educate patients and their families on disease processes and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current certification in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). Current certification in BLS (Basic Life Support). Current certification in NIH Stroke Scale.
