36 hours per week

Nights, every other weekend On-Site: Yes Telemetry RN Job Requirements 3 years of recent Telemetry Registered Nurse experience in a busy Level 1 Trauma or acute care setting Current New Jersey RN license Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification Experience with EPIC electronic medical records Ability to float to like units as needed Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry and progressive care patients during night shifts Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient status changes, responding promptly to clinical needs Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, effective, and patient-centered care Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EPIC Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education as appropriate Float to comparable units based on patient care needs and staffing priorities Why Apply for This New Jersey Nursing Contract?
