12-hour day shifts Hours: 36 hours per week Estimated Weekly

$2,020 - $2,130 Unit Size: 30 beds, with potential to flex to 35 beds Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and holiday rotation required Floating: May float to other Med/Surg Tele units as needed Job Requirements Active RN license in the state of practice or compact state eligibility Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience required 1 year of travel nursing experience required BLS required NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required Dysrhythmia exam required ACLS preferred at hire and required within 6 months if not already obtained EPIC experience preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced telemetry and stepdown environment Responsibilities Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care for telemetry and stepdown patients Complete thorough assessments and monitor patients for changes in condition Administer medications and treatments according to policy and best practice standards Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support coordinated patient care Care for adult and geriatric patients with medical-surgical conditions, including CVA/TIA, hypertension, diabetes, and other complex needs Manage patients requiring chest tubes, hemodynamic monitoring, temporary pacing, and conscious sedation support as needed Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality patient outcomes Support patient education, family communication, and discharge planning Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment for every patient Why Choose This Travel Nursing Opportunity?
