Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant: 1 position. In-person only. Reviewing and providing feedback on IEPs, goals, accommodations, modifications, and progress monitoring practices. · Supporting special education teachers with instructional planning and specially designed instruction. · Providing coaching and technical assistance regarding IDEA requirements and IEP implementation. · Assisting with transition planning and compliance-related documentation. · Supporting new and developing special education teachers through mentoring and consultation. · Delivering virtual professional development and training. · Collaborating with district coordinators and administrators to identify and address areas of need. · Assisting in the development of systems and practices that improve implementation fidelity and student outcomes. · They must have a special education teaching license.
· Strong knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and implementation. · Experience supporting teachers and special education programs across multiple campuses. · Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. · Experience providing coaching, consultation, and professional development. · Know and understand how to facilitate MDRs
