Home Health OT - Area #1: Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City Area #2: Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont Start Date: ASAP , Compliance takes about 2 weeks

8hr Days Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 27 productivity points standard) Guaranteed Hours - 36 hours weekly But traveler must see 5-6 patients a day. Guaranteed Hours will not be applied in first 2 weeks for ramp, holiday weeks, and time off weeks First-Timers Accepted: Yes Weekends: Can pick up patients on weekends to meet productivity Is On-Call REQ?: No Locals Accepted: Yes Experience

1 YR of Home Health Experience Preferred Case Load: Home Health Certs REQ: BLS License: Must have CA license Additional Notes: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
