Therapy/Rehabilitation - OT Home Health

Client Offer Must have home health experience; OASIS training preferred Certs required: BLS Scrubs: Any solid color scrub Unit Info (share with your traveler): Patients: med/surg, cardiac, ortho, hips/knees/shoulders, post-surgical, copd, chf, pneumonia, CVA, Falls, weakness, parkinson's, failure to thrive, resp patients, neuro, trachs, trauma, AKA, BKA, ADL'S Skilled Home Care (Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Commercial ins.) Home skilled visits - 6-8 per day (MINIMUM of 6 points per day at managers discretion may increase by 1 point) 1-2 Weekends per contract Laptop, MiFi for internet access, Portable printers BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system Other

1 year experience required Must have valid drivers license and car to make home visits. Must be COVID vaccinated or with exemption form on file. Must have flu shot or declination and in both cases mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work.
