• NA Weekends: 1 weekend every 6 weeks, flex off weekdays if working weekends General Information Tell us about the unit(s):
• Number of Beds - 285 bed Level 2 Trauma Center, 16 bed Inpatient rehab unit
• Number of Staff - 14
• Type of staff: o Day Shift - 11 acute care OT, 4 Rehab OT o Night Shift - NA
• Patient Ratios - Acute 12:1, rehab 4-5:1
• Type of equipment - All normal rehab supplies
• EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Licensed occupational therapist
• Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Acute care/ rehab experience
• List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Evaluations and treatments
• ADLs. mobility List any machines and/or equipment used on the unit:
• Rehab gym equipment Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
• Scrub Color - eggplant
