a. Patient population – 70-80 year olds mainly but do have a mixture 30’s + b. Ratios – usually 6 patients per therapist c.

• Weekend Schedule – no set rule in place – it can vary depending on facility and staffing needs.
• Please have license in hand – if not in hand, please discuss with AM/AC team on timelines or ETAs to receive it.
• Start Dates – unless otherwise noted – we need 2.5-3 weeks to get compliant.
• Time Off Requests – Due at submittal and under 10 days required. Limited holiday time off.
• Locals are accepted and rate is the same as posted!
