  • Inpatient experience REQUIRED: 2 years Patient Population: Adult medically complex patients in a 30-bed LTACH recovering from prolonged critical illness, including ventilator-dependent patients, stroke/TBI, cardiac and pulmonary conditions, renal disorders, complex wounds, infectious diseases, and post-surgical or post-ICU recovery. OT focuses on ADLs, functional mobility, cognitive rehabilitation, upper extremity function, adaptive equipment, and discharge planning.
  • EPIC EMR REQUIRED
  • Valid State License REQUIRED (must be in hand)
  • BLS preferred (copies required prior to start; certifications in hand preferred)
  • RTO: Max 10 days (facility flexible depending on staffing; confirm with AM)
  • Holiday Availability: Must work 2 of 3 holidays
  • Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend REQUIRED (non-negotiable)
  • Block Booking: Possible depending on staffing levels
  • Start Date: 2–3 weeks preferred (aligns with compliance timeline)
  • Interview Process: 15-minute phone screen; manager conducts direct call and text outreach
  • Health System Modules: Required prior to start (8–10 hours)
  • Return Staff Policy: Must be 1 year removed for Travelers or PRN
