- hospital is YCVA certified Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Occupational Therapy: hands-on skills, knowledge of relevant medical conditions, experience with EMR doc and compliance, experience with team conference/interdisciplinary communication, family trainings, and DME recs Must have : experience in an inpatient rehab hospital preferred; proficiency in safe patient handling techniques, familiarity with protocols to prevent complications like autonomic dysreflexia, bowel/bladder programs, skin integrity and wound prevention (monitoring/managing pressure ulcer prevention strategies), training in wheelchairs, prosthetics, orthotics, and adaptive equipment, interpersonal and communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration, good time management skills, critical thinking skills Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: e-stim, ultrasound, splinting, wound care, limb wrapping Certifications Required: minimum degree, current licensure to practice in NC Dress Code : (Required uniform)
