6 Points per day/week: How are points broken down 30 points per week. Each type of visit and activity (documentation travel etc.) hold a different point value. Contractor will be assigned between 5

Guaranteed Hours: No if there is a situation where the contractor is unable to meet their financial needs due to low patient census please reach out to the AM to discuss floating the contractor to a nearby clinic to pick up hours.
