Every other weekend availability (most likely one weekend a month) Must be available to work one holiday if needed Physical Therapy Experience - Required: 1 Year inpatient rehab or acute experience Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN-N/A). Degree in Physical Therapy - Required BLS Required First Aid certification preferred. PT License Required State Licensure Required Primary Source On
