Neurology, orthopedics, rehabilitation hospital, plan of care, evaluations, orthopedics, total hip and knee replacements, home exercise program, patient family education. Travelers MUST shave for a mask to seal for Fit Testing. CAPRs and PAPRs are not provided and SSM will not allow travelers to use their own PAPRs or CAPRs at their facilities; there are no exceptions.
Failure to shave for FIT testing will result in a cancel.
