Number of Beds -60 bed acute care and 2 outpatient clinics
Number of Staff - 19
Type of staff: o Day Shift - 3 PTs, 3 PTAs, 2 OTs, 1 COTA, 1 SLP o Night Shift -
Patient Ratios - 9-11 patients per day per FTE
Type of equipment - PT modalities, pool, cardiovascular, Biodex balance, fitness center

Outpatient and Acute Care Experience

Scrub Color/Attire - Acute care: Purple scrubs (eggplant) Outpatient: Business attire or polo-khakis Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Weekends and On call(if any)
Rotation every 5 th weekend. Only see priority patients on Saturday average 2-3 hrs. No Sunday visits
