Number of Staff - current estimate of 15-20 therapy staff daily between disciplines (PT, OT, SLP:
Type of staff:
Day Shift - 2 PT needed; ( current staff of 3 PTs, 3 PTAs)
Patient Ratios - Carry up to 6-hour treatment load; 8 hr shift
Type of equipment - Knowledge of ESTIM, patient lifts, transfer equipment, gym equipment, vital machines
EMR - Meditech Magic Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, Therapies; OT, PT, SLP) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 6 months current acute care PT experience
BLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Experience in Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Setting

Evaluation and Treatment
Daily treatment; gait training, neuromuscular reeducation, caregiver training Best personality Fit:

Patient have a 3 hour therapy requirement in Inpatient Rehab. Clinician is responsible for tracking of time/charges to ensure that they are getting the required time for each patient. Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. * Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent . Brand new 41 bed inpatient facility located near Main Campus. Vector unweighted system, state of the art technology, equipped with full IADL kitchen.
