- POSITION: Physical Therapist: Out-Patient Rehab Center SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING ===============================
- Shift Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30a - 4:30p or 8:30 - 630pm, either 5 days a week (8-hour shifts) or 4 Days a week (10-hour shifts). Open from 6:30 a.m.- 8 p.m., so hours may vary.
- Years of Experience Required: 2 years
- Weekend Requirement: No weekends
- Charting: EPIC experience required
- RTO, Block & Scheduling Requests: Must be included at the time of submission.
- Call Off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
