AHA or ARC BLS, Licensure required for the State of Michigan. MI State PT Licensure. Required

Master's degree in physical therapy. Minimum

Will accept new grads. Charting/Equipment: Epic EMR. Unit Specific Skillset: Unit Specific Skillset: Patient population: OP and IP mix, across lifespan peds through geriatric.

Ortho (Post Op TKA, THA, TSA, etc), OP Neuro, etc. Unit Overview: Evaluates, treats, and plans patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy Standards of practice. Documents to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements.

Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, social candidates. Scrub Colors: NA. Causal professional attire.

Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hourstravelers can be put on call during the 36 hours of unbillable low census. If called back in, they will have call back . GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.

For winter start dates, candidates with demonstrated contract experience in colder climates (Midwest, Northeast, Mountain regions, etc.) are preferred to ensure reliability through weather events. During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. This is an Aspirus policy, and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions).

Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action.
