Mon-Thurs 4x10s Every other Week; Mon-Fri 4x9s and 1x4 Every other Week
Number of Beds in Unit: Variable - CAH with up to 25 Bed Capacity. Generally Less than 5
Required to Float between Outpatient and Inpatient
Outpatient Care 80% Inpatient 20% - consists acute care and swing bed
ACCEPTING 40 HOURS GUARANTEED MUST HAVE:
Relevant and recent PT experience
Current Colorado PT License
Current BLS
Master of Science in Physical Therapy
Excellent Electronic Record Navigation Skills
Willing to Supervise PTA
Minimum 1 Year Clinic Experience
Strong Orthopedic Skills
Inpatient/Acute Care Experience
Outpatient Experience
