POSITION: Physical Therapist SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING ==============================
Shift hours: 5x8s, M-F, 9a-530p
Weekend coverage once/month
Epic experience preferred
RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.
Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
Holiday Requirement: May be required to work one holiday per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff)

Virginia Physical Therapy license required. Does not need to be in hand upon submittal, can apply immediately upon offer.
BLS / ARRT(R)

DPT or Master's required. REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS/EXP =============================
Outpatient clinic and Acute care exp UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING ==========================
Will be working in outpatient and acute setting within facility; primarily outpatient. Monthly weekend coverage will be in acute setting.
