10 patients per PT at all locations. 10 locations- will be placed to a specific location. Potential to float within a 5 mile radius. General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS- IL License- can be pending for PT Other Certs Required for all PT: n/a Common diagnosis / Types of patients MSK is primary and ortho. Atrium clinic specializes in neuro. All clinics treat patients ages 8
100 Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Outpatient only. What areas are they required to cover? Outpatient only. Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties One year of experience is preferred. Flexibiliy, team player, accountable, adaptable. PT Manager/Supervisor Available during the day to reach out to. Rehab Aides: PTA's PT/ PTA teams. No rehab aids in PT. Intentional keeping patients in the same team setting. Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) Vary 8

Keep the same team of PT/PTA together. On site educator. They have secretary's that do scheduling. They rarely float to other clinics- in a pinch you may be asked to float.
