5X8's 8a-4:30p - Tue-Thur (SNF location) and Friday/Saturday (acute - hospital location) SNF Address: 216 North 3rd Street, Lompoc CA 93436. Down the street from hospital. Less than 1 mile • Hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM (with a 30 min lunch) - 40 hours per week, day shift •

Active California Physical Therapist license • Preferred
