Therapy/Rehabilitation - PTA Home Health

Our Home Health agency is a rural, community-based program serving patients throughout Virginia's Eastern Shore. We provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social work, and home health aide services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. Our interdisciplinary team focuses on helping patients recover from illness, injury, surgery, and chronic disease while promoting independence, preventing hospitalizations, and improving quality of life.

The PTA will work collaboratively with physical therapists and the care team to provide high-quality therapy services across a geographically diverse rural service area. 6 visits per day Mileage imbursed at IRS rate
