BLS preferred (copies required prior to start certifications in hand preferred) Orientation: 1 day RTO: Max 10 days (facility flexible depending on staffing confirm with AM) Holiday Requirement: 30 hours worked during holiday weeks Block Booking: Possible depending on staffing levels Start Date: 23 weeks preferred (aligns with compliance timeline) Interview Process: 15-minute phone screen manager conducts direct call and text outreach Health System Modules: Required prior to start (810 hours) Return Staff Policy: Must be 1 year removed for Travelers or PRN
