Yes, if seasoned to home health Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: o Teammates will travel throughout the below areas: Albemarle, Badin, Harrisburg, Mt Gilead, Norwood, Troy and cities in between o Cognitive, trach, difficulty swallowing, stroke, aphasia o All adults Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance: o Driver's License and proof of Insurance required Skills required: o HCHB experience, self-motivation and able to work independently, great time management, able to communicate with a multi-disciplinary team.
