About the Position Position/Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Daily Caseload: 6.5 out of 8 hours contact time (number of patients may vary based on individual treatment times 30 min – 60 min)

5x8s, 8:00am-4:30pm Weekend REQ: Occassionally Is on-call REQ (if so, provide details)?: No Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs (Y/N)?: Yes, but primary position in Inpatient Rehab Program – may float to acute care pending census fluctuations Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2-3 years with Inpatient Rehab Facility experience First-time travelers accepted (Y/N): Yes, with prior IRF experience License REQ: Current SC state licensure required Certifications REQ: BLS, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Special

NMES (Vital Stim), MBS Radiation Badge REQ (Y/N): Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Approval can be requested prior to assignment but not guaranteed.

Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: (Y/N): No locals accepted RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs. Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season.

Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
