One full-time SLP who would manage the entire caseload with the support of three full-time SLPAs.
Position Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Required Certification/License: Arizona Department of Education Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate and Arizona State Licensure (or eligible). ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
Caseload: Approximately 160-185 students receiving speech/language services districtwide, including evaluations, reevaluations, IEP development, speech-only case management, and supervision of 3 SLPAs who provide direct therapy services. o This job you said you could post multiple ways to see which one got more traction

School Site(s): Union Elementary School District (Hurley Ranch Elementary, Dos Rios Elementary, and Union Elementary School)
Student Population: PreK- 8th grade. variety of communication disorders receiving services in general education, resource, self-contained, and preschool special education settings.
Bill Rate:$80-$100/hour
Any Other Information: This position serves as the district lead SLP and supervises 3 SLPAs, allowing much of the direct therapy workload to be delegated while the SLP focuses on evaluations, eligibility, IEP development, compliance, consultation, and supervision. The SLP also provides coaching and collaboration with general education and special education staff to support communication strategies and student success across school settings. Opportunities are available to supervise graduate SLP interns and collaborate with local universities to support clinical placements and recruitment. Our district is conveniently located in the West Valley with easy access via Loop 202, making the commute from many areas of the Phoenix metropolitan area quick and convenient. Strong administrative support, established systems, and a collaborative ESS team create an environment focused on high-quality student services.No Medicaid billing is required.
