Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – Yelm Community Schools (WA) Number of Openings: 3 Start Date: August End Date: June 10, 2027 Hours per Week: ~37.5 hours/week (7.5 hours/day) Bill Rate: $85 to $95 (due to some financial constraints) Caseload: ~45–50 students Student Population: Mixed – Elementary, Middle, and High School Number of Sites: Up to 2 sites Onsite/Virtual: 100% onsite License Requirement (WA): - ASHA accepted - DOH License required (so that they can claim medicaid) - ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate in Speech-Language Pathology issued through OSPI Basic

- Provide direct speech and language therapy aligned to IEP goals - Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations per district and state timelines - Develop and maintain IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams - Maintain clear and compliant progress documentation - Communicate effectively with staff and families to support student success
