- Active Alaska license 1 year of experience ACLS, BLS Number of Beds – 11 ORs
- Call Expectation – Based on the number of employees taking call, averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift (Average for 8 week sign up period)
- Number of Staff – Varies depending on day
- Type of staff: o Day Shift – Average of 8 RNs, 8 Scrub techs and 5 Surgical support techs o Night Shift – One charge RN and one scrub tech in house with call team backup
- Patient Ratios – 1:1
- Type of equipment – Variety of OR beds and equipment
- EMR - Epic Experience Needed: Ortho, Total Joints, Neuro, Robotics.
- Experience as circulator
- Experience as Scrub
- CNOR List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Total Joints, Multi-level spine fusions, Variety of Xi Robotic cases (GYN, Colorectal, General)
- Very little ENT, Dental, Eyes or plastics Dress Code:
- Scrubs provided by facility
