Education

✓High School Diploma/GED.
Qualifications
✓Two (2) years of customer service or healthcare experience.
✓Good communication skills.
✓Ability to follow oral instructions, read, and write.
✓Computer/basic keyboard skills
✓Telephone etiquette skills.
✓General knowledge of office machines, including printers and scanners.
✓Excellent customer service skills.
✓This position is subject to pre-employment screening (criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification).
