Licensure
✓Requires current state of Indiana license as a health care professional (e.g., Registered Nurse with an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license, Respiratory Therapist, Pharmacist or Rehabilitation license).
Certifications
✓CPHQ certification or comparable healthcare regulatory certification endorsed by System Regulatory Affairs is required.
Education
✓Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other healthcare related field is required.
Master's Degree is preferred.
Qualifications
✓Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
✓Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
✓Requires strong experience in leading complex projects or systematic performance improvement.
✓Interfacility surveying and in-state overnight travel is required.
3-5 years or more experience in leading teams is preferred.
