About the role

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Director of Orthopedics. This position supports the coordination and daily administrative functions of the service line, including physician and leadership communication, meeting coordination, project tracking, data preparation, reporting, document management, and special projects.
