HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Your Role: Performs professional and technical administrative duties relative to the operation of Colleague Health Services (CHS). Provides a variety of medical secretarial assistance and receptionist duties to the daily operations of the clinic.
Utilizes knowledge of secretarial and medical office practices. Reports To : Registered Nurse (RN)/Director/Colleague Health Services (JC 019201) Supervises : None WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY Required
High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Preferred
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Required
Three (3) years of directly-related experience. Preferred
Proficient with computer programs (including Excel). Excellent customer service skills. A bility to communicate effectively with all levels of staff members, other departments, physicians, and administrators.
