Administrative Coordinator Pediatric Neurosurgery

Schedule and coordinate imaging with same day appointments with our providers. Work in multiple different surgery scheduling applications Manage provider's clinic schedules in EMR and disseminate changes to staff Coordinate office services including telephone coverage, supplies, and preparation and distribution of correspondence, meeting materials, and reports. Organize and maintain filing systems, track scheduling information, and ensure that office operating costs are within budgetary constraints.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Preferred
