You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
✓Active Vermont APRN license with eligibility for prescriptive authority.
✓Active Vermont PA license with eligibility for prescriptive authority.
Certifications
✓Current National Certification as a PA.
Education
✓Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
Qualifications
✓Minimum three to five years of direct patient care experience required.
One to two years of NP or PA experience in primary care highly desirable. preferred
